1 Scope
This Policy applies to all Webitech services, including:
- Cloud & Shared Hosting
- VPS & Dedicated Servers
- Domain & Email Services
- Software & Application Development
- Automation & DevOps Solutions
- AI & Custom Technology Services
You are responsible for ensuring that your employees and End Users comply with this Policy.
2 Lawful Use
Services may only be used for lawful purposes.
You may not use Services in any way that violates:
- Applicable local or international laws
- Intellectual property rights
- Data protection or privacy laws
- Regulatory requirements
3 Prohibited Activities
3.1 Illegal or Harmful Conduct
- Fraud, scams, or deceptive practices
- Distribution of illegal content
- Promotion of violence or unlawful activities
3.2 Security Violations
- Unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Attempted hacking or intrusion
- Distribution of malware, viruses, or ransomware
- Denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
3.3 Spam & Unsolicited Communications
- Sending bulk unsolicited emails
- Phishing campaigns
- Email harvesting or scraping
All email activity must comply with applicable anti-spam regulations.
3.4 Resource Abuse
- Excessive CPU, memory, bandwidth, or storage usage impacting stability
- Cryptocurrency mining on shared environments (unless permitted)
- Background processes interfering with performance
3.5 Prohibited Content
- Copyright-infringing material
- Malicious software
- Explicit illegal content
- Content violating third-party rights
4 Hosting-Specific Rules
4.1 Shared Hosting
Shared hosting is intended for standard website usage. Large-scale file distribution, streaming, data warehousing, or excessive processes may not be permitted.
4.2 VPS & Dedicated Servers
You are responsible for securing your server. If compromised and used for malicious activity, services may be suspended until resolved.
5 Monitoring & Enforcement
- Investigate suspected violations
- Suspend or restrict Services
- Terminate accounts in severe or repeated cases
- Report unlawful activities where required
We act at our discretion to protect platform integrity.
