Yes, additional Dedicated IP addresses can be purchased at an extra cost.
What type of support do you offer?
Webitech provides support for Boot, Network, Hardware, Login, and VM re-installation issues. Basic firewall configuration and preliminary investigation of system exploits are also included.
Do the Virtual Private Servers have a backup policy?
Webitech maintains weekly backups for disaster recovery. Restoration services may be available upon request for a fee. Customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own backups using automated solutions.
Is an upgrade or downgrade possible between VPS plans?
You can upgrade your VPS plan from the control panel with pro-rata adjustment. This feature is currently available only for India-based servers. Downgrades are not available for KVM VPS plans.
Do you have a backup policy?
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. Backups can be created via cPanel or through a remote backup solution.
